A lifelong entrepreneurial spirit and sincere desire to help others have led CEO Christine Ehrich to become the compassionate, driven leader she is today. Influenced by her mother and grandfather, Christine always felt her purpose in life was caring for people. Before she founded Axis for Autism in 2021, she led a physical therapy network that grew to more than 600 outpatient clinics in three states. Now, Christine balances Axis for Autism’s growth with raising two high school boys, maintaining an active lifestyle and exploring her Arcadia neighborhood.

Christine’s leadership and entrepreneurial success have garnered her the “Innovator of the Year Award” from the Arizona Million Dollar Club and recognition from the Phoenix Business Journal as a “Top 25 Dynamic Women in Business.”

As CEO of Axis for Autism, Christine is striving to lower the autism diagnosis wait time from several years to less than two months to ensure Arizona families get earlier access to life-changing interventions that improve quality of life. She has amassed a network of specialized psychologists using groundbreaking technology to deliver gold-standard evaluations throughout the state.
